The Rehabilitation and (Re)integration through Individual, Social and Structural Engagement (RISE) Action Guide provides local stakeholders, policymakers, program funders and implementors with a peacebuilding framework to support the rehabilitation of people disengaging from extremist violence as well as their reintegration into, and reconciliation with, local communities.
